Description

Dear Colleagues and Friends

We are pleased to announce that we are launching a new event series for 2017, entitled
The Urban Imperative: improve, extend, create. This series will explore how three interrelated choices, to improve, extend or create cities could play out and interact in different contexts around the world.

Our first event in the Urban Imperative series will examine how existing places can be improved to accommodate a changing population. This could involve the upgrading of existing infrastructure, housing estate regeneration or the creation of new neighbourhoods within the city. We will consider the processes required to realise these improvements.

Our speakers (to be announced shortly) will present brief provocations, projects and principles for city improvements across the world before entering into an open conversation with the audience.

Please click here to reserve your place.

We have limited seating and recommend you respond before 23rd January.

We look forward to welcoming you.
